Matching serial number on frame, cylinder, barrel and right grip panel. Features five shot, double action, blued finish, case colored hammer and trigger, and silver medallion diamond checkered walnut round butt grips. The Model 32 .38/.32 Terrier is built on the J frame with pinned barrel. This is a post-war that is in near new condition inside and out with regards to a light drag line. It has the standard which took place in 1966. Comes a period red box with proper end label. Serial number on bottom of box does not match gun. The red picture box was only used from 1946 to 1954; this example should have a blue box. From the G. Thomas Puett Collection. CORRECTION: Factory Letter states serial No. 67571 .38 Terrier Pre-Model 32 was shipped with 2" barrel, blued finish and walnut stocks on February 3rd, 1953 to Sutcliffe Hardware Company, Louisville, Kentucky.
