In 1930 DWM was bought out by the company that owned Mauser. From 1930 - 1934 they were using up DWM parts. This is one of the early commercial luger's that Mauser made using some DWM parts. Features include; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADN", center toggle link marked "DWM", The frame is a DWM frame with stock lug. Gun has been professionally restored and retains 99% of the re-applied blue finish. Re-strawed small parts. Comes in a Contemporary black French fitted case with a box of Western ammunition. Also comes with three nickel magazines with aluminum bottoms marked Germany. Two have been remarked. From the G. Thomas Puett Collection.
