Both of these pistols were manufactured in 1944 and show the typical late-war rough polishing and matte blue finish. Both guns have wood grips. Gun (A) is a Nambu referred to as the Type 14 and was manufactured in August at the Toriimatsu Factory at Nagoya Arsenal. Front side is blade dovetailed to base, rear sight is notch milled into from. Polished bolt and a knurled cocking knob. Blued magazine with pot metal base, nine groove and matching serial number. Mahogany grips with 24 serrations. Grips are numbered to gun on inside. Fine bore and action. Gun (B) is a Type 94 manufactured in October at the Kokubunji Factory of Chuo Kogyo. Both guns show the majority of the late war finish. Also included in this lot is a reproduction shoulder holster for the Type 94.
