Japanese. Made by Yonezawa. Working. When in operation, the vehicle with a Robby-style driver moves forward while an air stream suspends a ball in the air and the driver turns his head from side to side. Several areas of touchup to base and balls are missing. Includes original box with a large tear repair on one side flap.
