(A)( Sporterized 1898 US Krag rifle. Chambered for the 30-40 Krag cartridge. Barrel shortened and stock cut down . Bore is excellent being bright and shiny. Stock has a SWP cartouche dated 1900. Action is smooth and operates properly. (B) Springfield 1898 Krag Rifle.Cal 30-40 Krag. Full length rifle with excellent 1903 SWP cartouche. Action is smooth and operates properly. Blue finish is very fine with over 90% remaining with slight loss at muzzle and box magazine. Bore is good with darkness in grooves. Stock is very fine with good markings and little wear. Action operates properly
