Peter Krider, Philadelphia circa 1870-1900, retailed by J E Caldwell, each oval and with extensive floral repousse decoration, the outer edge with cast leafage rim around a field on the lid engraved with flowers on a matted ground, the upper rim on the lid with raised leafage edge, and the handles cast as cut branches with berries and leaves. Inscription removed from bases; all with bright finish. Length: 11-5/8". Total weight: 138.2 ozt.
