Lot contains a Yugoslavian Mauser, a German WWII K98, and a Persian Mauser. (A) Yugoslavian Mauser Model 48 A in 8mm. Rifle is in excellent to near mint unissued condition with an excellent bore. Both the rifle finish and the wooden stock have been arsenal refinished. Some parts are of German WWII manufacture, otherwise the remainder of the rifle has been built in Yugoslavia. (B) German WWII Model 98 in 8mm and manufactured by Mauser "byf" in 1943. Receiver, front band, and trigger guard assembly are all matching. Other parts are mismatched and bolt is unnumbered. Earlier stock is incorrect for this rifle and does not match. Both rifle and stock are in excellent condition, with 85% of the metal finish remaining and the stock has light dings and scattered marks. (C) Persian 98/29 Mauser rifle in 8mm. Rifle is in near mint un-issued condition at 95% +, with an excellent bore. The rifle's metal and wooden stock are the correct original finish. Rifle is all matching, and only the receiver is numbered. Bolt is marked with five digits in Persian and appears to be original to the rifle. Right side of back of stock has Persian writing, and both the stock disk and buttplate are in the correct unfinished condition.
