February of 1952 dated HRA marked barrel. Standard Harrington and Richardson M1 Garand rifle with three piece walnut stocks. All internal parts are HRA marked including small parts like the gas plug. The stocks have the correct small ordnance inspection cartouche on the left side of stock. Bolt face little to no use with only a small witness mark from firing The rifle shows very little actual use. Several bruises appear in the wood stock and handguards. The rifle retains 98% of the green /grey parkerized finish. The only wear is at high points of sights and edge of operating rod handle. Bore is bright and shiny and has a throat erosion measurement of 2.5, the muzzle measures 1.5. This is one of the best condition examples we have ever seen.
