This rifle is a 1945 dated British Army No. 4 Mk I (T) sniper rifle with its No. 32 Mk III sniper scope. This is a very desirable all matching sniper rifle made by "M47 C" in 1945, with a 1945 dated No. 32 telescope. The rifle is matching and the scope mount number matches the rifle serial number. The scope number is stamped on top of the stock just behind the receiver. Bore is very good. The correct U.S. military issue sling is present. Scope has the blue "B" for bloomed optics, and also has the red "W" for water proofing of the scope. Scope is fairly clear and the reticle has some attached particles but still usable. The butt plate is made from alloy. An uncommon and desirable World War II era sniper rifle.
