Full octagon barrel, full magazine and a takedown with a blued receiver. Deluxe pistol grip wood with a Winchester cap, rifled butt, factory engraved with No. 10 style. "H" style checkering with XX wood. Front sight Lyman looks to have been replaced at some point, with a flat top sporting rear sight. Comes with a case colored hammer and lever, with a tang sight that is not for a Model 86. The breech bolt knocks it backwards when you cycle it. Lot comes with factory white sheet that indicates that all options are correction. CONDITION: 96-97% overall blue barrel. Magazine tube also 96-97% blue with no dings or scratches evident. Forend cap 92-94% blue that is engraved around screws. Takedown collar is also engraved with 85-95% blue remaining. Left side of receiver looks to have been done in Ulrich style with two animal vignettes in a panel on left side and one of the right side. The condition of receiver on left side is a good solid 95-96% blue with no flaking, with minor surface scratches only. Right side is 97% blued with few surfaces scratches evident. Loading gate is of a dark nitre blue, 90-95% blue remaining. Top of buttplate is also engraved; case colored but with only 30% colors remaining; balance turned to a light patina. Hammer is 98% case colored with no evidence of drag line on either side. Lever case colored with about 70% colors remaining mostly on the flats of the lever. Bottom tang fits receiver perfectly with no evidence of having been removed from the receiver. Condition of stock is very good to fine with some light compressions on high part of stock and some surfaces scratches throughout left side. Wood to metal fit is very fine with no evidence of chips of wood missing or cracks in the stock. Comes with a Winchester cap on pistol grip. Right side of stock is with compressions on high part as well, with some surface scratches to indicate very light handling. Bore is a good solid nine out of ten, bright and shiny. Cycles correctly. Mechanics are fine.
