This model is referred to as the 1.5" Target Scope made from 1950 to 1985. 3/4" tube. Measures 22" in length. Ten power. Aluminum adjustable mounts, recoil spring, metal lens covers. Standard crosshairs and clean, sharp optics. 98% or better original factory finish; near mint condition. Unertl came up with their first scopes in 1937, by 1950 they were considered the finest scopes made. During World War II, the Marine Corps used the Unertl 8x scope as they found it the most durable and accurate of all scopes made at that time. From the G. Thomas Puett Collection.
