Cast iron trade stimulator, manufactured by Mills Novelty Co. in 1898 and is affixed to a cast iron column stand. It is finished in black and has nickel plated details throughout with a marquee that reads "Free Cigars." Complete with the original fortune five reel strips. There is moderate wear throughout- sticker decal mostly gone and loss of paint. Two keys are included.
