Gun (A) is a Marlin Model 1893. This later carbine features full round barrel, full magazine, twin bands, post front sight, folding carbine ladder rear sight, saddle ring and stud, walnut stocks and carbine buttplate. This also has the Marlin bullseye and is missing rear sling swivel. CONDITION: Gun has been completely refinished: barrel and tube in a matte blue, frame in a matte grey. Stocks are varnished and shy to metal. Sharp, clean bore. Gun (B) is an early Marlin Model 1893 saddle ring carbine. Features full round barrel, full magazine, twin bands, post front sight, folding ladder carbine rear sight, case colored frame, hammer and lever; saddle ring and stud, walnut stocks and carbine butt. Tube is thinning a bit more than barrel. Right side of frame, lever and hammer have traces of case colors but have basically patterned out. Stocks are good with usual dings, some scarring on left side of wrist. and right side of wrist has a 2" crack. Strong, sharp rifling with frosted grooves. The crack could easily be repaired and you would have a nice, honest, antique 1893 carbine. Gun (C) is an 1894 saddle ring carbine. Features full round barrel, full magazine, twin bands, post front sight, folding ladder carbine rear sight, saddle ring and stud, clued finish, walnut stock and carbine butt. Sling swivels added.
