Factory letter states that serial number 111098 was shipped as a round barrel, .45-90 with plain trigger on October 5th, 1897. Standard features include round barrel, full magazine, sporting sights, walnut stock and rifle butt. CONDITION: All metal, with the exception of the forend cap and rear sight, is a grey-brown patina. Wood has been refinished and is shy to metal, especially at tang. Legends are sharp. Bore exhibits well defined lands and grooves; frosted but clean. Action is fine. Should be a good shooter.
