Long two stage smoothbore steel barrel, finished bright, stamped at breech with a crown over "KJ". English style rounded lock and cock, lockplate engraved with simple scrolls on both sides of cock. Plain brass furniture, other than a star engraved on trigger guard bow. Full length cherry stock of typical New England form, oil finish and carved with relief panels around entry ferrule, trigger guard, barrel tang and around lock and sideplate. CONDITION: Excellent, barrel has some dark scattered spotting and lock has some minor freckling on surface. Brass is polished and has some dark spots. Stock excellent with a few light storage marks. This would be a great reenactors gun or great for muzzleloader hunters.
