Fitted with a sunken rib, this Darne has 26-3/4" monoblocked barrels and a brass front bead. The sliding breech is nicely engraved with sculptured floral pattern near breach and rose and scroll engraving elsewhere. The two piece stocks are checkered in point patterns and the forearm has an elongated horn tip. The gun has double triggers and side safety. It is fitted with a leather sling and has sling swivels at the toe of the stock and on bottom rib. The buttstock terminates with a "Darne" logoed lined HRBP. CONDITION: Good overall. Barrels with some pin prick pitting near breech ends retain about 70% blued finish. The action is gray. Stocks appear solid with checkering thinned considerably and show various scattered scratches and hunting marks.
