This early Model 55 features full round barrel, ivory bead sporting front sight, Winchester two leaf folding rear sight, Lyman tang sight, half magazine, takedown, blued finish, walnut forend, walnut buttstock and checkered steel shotgun buttplate. CONDITION: Barrel and tube retain approximately 98% original factory blue. 75% blue on nose cap with typical flaking. 85% on frame with the typical flaking seen on this period gun, mostly around edges. Walnut stocks are excellent, proud to metal with just a couple of minor bruises. Strong rifled bore with clean grooves.
