Features full round barrel, full magazine, replaced knife blade front sight, 1876 dated ladder folding rear sight, walnut stocks and rifle butt with trapdoor. CONDITION: This is a great example of a used rifle that is basically untouched and well cared for. The barrel retains 85% of a smooth, homogenous blend of blue and brown patina. The tube is more of a brown-grey patina without blue. Frame is a soft gun metal grey with light blue on loading gate. Case colors have patterned out on lever and hammer. Stocks are excellent, proud to metal with beautiful dark hue; minor dings and bruises but still lovely. Fine action. Bore is exceptional with sharp rifling and clean grooves with just a hint of freckling. Far above average, clean, big bore 1876.
