This is an extremely early example of an Officer's Model Target revolver. It is a continuation or target version of the Old Army/Navy series, introduced in 1904. Features flat top frame, adjustable rear sight, target front sight, six shot, double action, high polish blue factory finish, checkered trigger, checkered backstrap and deluxe checkered diamond walnut grips with no emblem. CONDITION: Gun has been used but well cared for; retains a solid 80-85% original blue finish with nitre blue screws. Grips are excellent to near mint. Fire blue on back of hammer. Indexes and locks up correctly. Bore has strong lands and grooves and is still shiny.
