These revolvers were extremely popular during the Civil War; they were manufactured from 1861 to 1874. Features full octagon barrel with rib, six shot non-fluted cylinder, spur trigger, tip-up, full high polish factory blue finish, case colored hammer and two piece saw handle rosewood grips. CONDITION: This gun is clean with a tight hinge, half moon nickel front sight. Frame retains approximately 40% original blue. Balance of gun is simply a smooth blue-brown patina. Case colors have greyed out. Grips are excellent. Bore is clean with some minor abrasion in grooves. Indexes and locks up tight as new. Very fine overall condition.
