Circa 1925 to 1930. This is probably the finest traction engine that Doll made. The stack can be lowered for traveling under bridges and other overhead obstructions just like many of the real engines. It has twin flywheels and a flyball governor. Double acting cylinder. It has a feed water pump to fill the boiler while it is steamed up. Beautiful steel blue finish. Water glass, ladder, and whistle. Everything a boy would want is reproduced in this outstanding traction engine. An exceptional representation of the era of the Bonanza farmers of the Great Plains.

Condition: (Very Good).

Item Dimensions: 17" x 12".
DOLL NO. 502/5 TRACTION ENGINE.
