This is a very scarce model. It stands on the early cast feet attached to a sheet metal base. This model marries the base, boiler and firebox of a no. 17 to the engine of a no. 7. Overall the engine is dirty, has some surface rust, has most of the paint flaked off and is missing the weight on the safety lever. This seldom seen engine is better than it sounds.
