This is the early variation of this model with the small firebox without the extension as added to the later models. Bassett & Lowke listed this model in their 1910 catalog. Sears Roebuck sold this engine starting circa 1913 and continued to sell the same model after the War. Sears price was $4.00 in 1914. The engine has some heat damage to the paint on the firebox and wheels.
