Circa 1930s. Highly detailed model made of metal and copper with a wooden base. Building is cut from steel and all parts have been hand-soldered together. Roof is removable and reveals the interior. Power plant can operate electrical accessories such as train layout, lamp posts, etc. Side fence is hinged and opens up.
Condition: (Excellent).
