OL: 49". BL: 33". TB: Octagon to round. LM: Percussion. PB: None. S: Curly Maple. Incise carving. Two brass inlays. This Kentucky fowler was shortened at the breech end and converted to percussion. The curly maple stock has had a hard life but the incised carving behind the cheekpiece is very nice and is typical of the Upper Susquehanna School.
KENTUCKY RIFLE.
