American. Hand-painted. Marked "Erie 5854" and "Mickey's Lung Power Launch" on both sides of boat. Includes remnants of a 50 year old balloon in pieces. The idea behind the balloon was to use the air to blow into back of boat, set boat in water, and let the toy boat launch. Very nicely made one-of-a-kind prototype of a toy that was never made.

Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
