The cylinder is oscillating. The toy includes a whistle, safety valve, a flyball governor and its original chimney. The engine itself has stairs to a catwalk, just like the real marine engines of its day. The base is sheet metal lithographed to resemble the floor tiles prevalent in the steam rooms of its day. Some paint loss from excessive heat in the firebox and on the engine base.
Condition: (Very Good).
