In 1904 it was advertised “Upright Steam Engine, fitted with burnished tubular boiler, double action slide valve cylinder, patent valve gear, steam whistle, safety valve, water gauge, gasifying burner mounted on a finely japanned iron-plate base”. It has a Marklin medallion on the boiler. The burner is missing. It needs a good cleaning but is a very desirable engine.
