Ca. the 1880s. This very early steam fire pumper is a great copy of the fire pumper that Jr. would have seen on the streets at the time this pumper was made. It is not only an interesting toy but is also a piece of history and a work of art. The pumper is missing the cap on the smoke stack, has a small piece of the water discharge pipe broken off and needs the connecting rods to the double pump restored. The fragile wire hitch is missing (as is usual for these pumpers). It is a beautify piece even without these amenities.

Condition: (Very Good).

Item Dimensions: 11" x 8 - 1/2".
BUCKMAN NO. 34 DOUBLE FIRE PUMPER STEAM ENGINE.
