American. Working. When wound, Uncle Wiggly rolls forward and spins head around. Beautiful lithography on toy is nice, shiny, and bright. Includes very colorful original box marked "Howard R. Garis". Box is complete but has some tape holding on one end flap and some small poke holes, tears, and creasing throughout. Toy (Excellent - Near Mint) Box (Good - Very Good).
