64'' T x 31'' W x 20'' Dia. Excellent original condition. Cabinet is superb with nice golden oak patina; the original wood slats forming the interior of the unit show clearly the age of this 1920s piece. The cast iron tiger figure and dial show good depth of color and richness in tone. The wear from the arcade is gently evident and adds to its character. Internally, the original 5-cent coin slide and rope release work perfectly. The ''roar'' was originally via an ah-ooga horn that was activated as the rope was pulled; the horn sat in the bottom, mounted inside, and flush to the side in a brass screened speaker grille so that it could be heard well; a replacement electric ah-ooga device has been rebuilt a few times. The sign in the lower front was an addition tempting the passerby to ''Pull the Tiger's Tail and Hear Him Roar.''
