Japanese. Working but needs flint to spark. Made by Modern Toys. Marked number "58 Hurricane" on both sides of toy. Front headlights appear to have some paint touchup. Original tin helmet with slight paint chipping and overall slight scratching and wear. Missing plastic windshield.
