PROVENANCE: The Estate of B.E. "Andy" Anderson. CONDITION: Very good. Bbls retain most of a restored laminated pattern with a few light scratches and handling marks. Receiver has turned mostly gray with traces of case color and minor areas of staining. Trigger guard retains approx 80% of an older restored blue, starting to tone and fade. Buttstock and forearm retain nearly all of what is likely a restored finish, though could be original, checkering is crisp. Buttplate has toned gray with handling marks and minor staining. Mechanics are excellent. Bores bright and shiny with a few scattered pits. Overall a rare high grade Remington hammer gun. 49531-61 JSL130 (2,000-3,000)
