WINCHESTER MODEL 43 BOLT-ACTION RIFLE WITH "J. UNERTL" TELESCOPE. WINCHESTER 43 43681A 218BEE MODERN; C&R Cal. 218BEE. 24" bbl, blue finish, nicely figured walnut stock with shotgun butt and Winchester sling eyes, Unertl Optic Co. Telescope #52473 with Unertl bases. CONDITION: Very fine as professionally refinished. Bbl shows 95% blue with slight muzzle wear and a few small scratches. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. Receiver shows 95% plum-blue finish with only minor high point wear. Bolt has been engine turned. Bolt handle is polished bright. Trigger guard shows 50% orig blue turning plum-brown. Magazine shows 50% blue with clear "M 43, 218BEE" mark. Pistol grip stock is very good with only some minor handling marks. Steel buttplate is very good with 50% blue. Unertl telescope is fine with clear optics and only a few small handling marks. Unertl mounts are adjustable for windage and elevation. A very nice M 43 target rifle. 49527-13 TEP (600-1,000)
