WINCHESTER MODEL 62 A PUMP ACTION RIFLE WITH TANG SIGHT. WINCHESTER 62 A 170698 22 S.L.LR. MODERN; C&R Cal. 22 S.L.LR. 23" bbl, blue finish, straight grain walnut stocks with shotgun butt, tang sight. Winchester hard rubber buttplate. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl retains 90% blue with some stains on top and some plumming of finish. Slight muzzle wear and one abrasion in front of rear sight. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Magazine tube retains 90% blue. Receiver retains 95% blue with action wear on top and high point wear on edges. Bluing overall has turned slightly milky. Bolt retains 95% blue with some spotting at rear. Hammer and trigger retain 90% blue. Tang sight is very good. Stocks are very good with some slight handling marks and scratches. Buttplate is very good with only a few small dents. Ribbed forend is very good with very few handling marks. Very nice M 62A Winchester. 49527-14 TEP (1,250-1,750)
