BROWNING GRADE ONE AUTO 22 WITH CASEBROWNINGAUTO 228T9930222 LRMODERNCal. .22 LR. standard 19-1/2" bbl, fixed blade front sight marked "Browning Arms Co. St. Louis Mo. & Montreal P.Q.". Full knob pistol grip checkered in two point pattern with serrated full steel buttplate. Receiver engraved with light scroll and floral engraving, zig zag border pattern which is standard for the Grade One. Forearm checkered in diamond pattern. Housed in a two tone Browning black faux fur lined case. Weight: 4 lbs. 15 oz. PROVENANCE: Rod Fuller Estate Collection. CONDITION: Excellent overall, bbl and receiver retain most of their orig finish with scattered light handling marks and minor oxidation on left side of receiver. Buttstock and forearm are excellent and retain nearly all orig finish with light handling marks, minor scuffs and craquelure throughout. Steel buttplate is excellent with oxidation at top screw and heel and a couple of other minor spots. Mechanics are excellent, brilliant shiny bore.
