BRACE OF BROWNING BSS GRADE 1 SHOTGUNS. 2 BROWNING BSS 4205B37/ 7875A72 20 Ga / 12 Ga MODERN 1) 20 Ga. 26" bbls. 3" chambers. Choked: CYL/IMP CYL. Full length matted rib with white plastic front bead and steel mid bead. Nickel plated single selective trigger, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Full knob pistol grip stock checkered in classic 2-point pattern with 14-1/4" LOP over Browning black plastic buttplate. Beavertail forend with Deeley release, checkered in 2-point pattern on sides. Engraved in standard Grade 1 pattern, with light scroll on sides, top and trigger guard. Contained in a Browning shipping box not numbered to this gun. Also in box is an unused Browning end label. Weight: 6 lb 15 oz. 2) 12 Ga. 26" bbls. 2-3/4" chambers. Choked: MOD/FULL. Full length matted rib with steel front bead. Nickel plated double triggers, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Full knob pistol grip stock checkered in classic 2-point pattern with 14-1/4" LOP over Browning black plastic buttplate. Beavertail forend with Deeley release, checkered in 2-point pattern on sides. Engraved in standard Grade 1 pattern with light scroll engraving. According to our consignor's note, this exact gun is pictured in Matt Eastman's book on Brownings. Weight: 7 lb 2 oz. PROVENANCE: The Estate of B.E. "Andy" Anderson. CONDITION: 1) Very good. Light handling marks and scratches throughout. Retains 95-98% orig finish to wood & metal. Box is excellent. 2) Excellent with light handling marks throughout. Retains nearly all factory finish to wood and metal. Mechanics are excellent. Double triggers, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Full knob pistol grip buttstock with 14-1/4" LOP over Browning hard rubber buttplate. Buttstock checkered in 2-point pattern. Beavertail forearm with 2-point pattern on sides with Deeley release. Machine engraved in standard Grade 1 pattern with burst of scroll on sides, top lever and trigger guard bow. Weight: 7 lb 2 oz. PROVENANCE: The Estate of B.E. "Andy" Anderson. CONDITION: Excellent. Bbls retain 97-98% orig blue finish with light handling marks. Receiver, top lever, trigger guard and forearm iron retains virtually all their orig blue with a couple of light handling marks. Stock are sound and retain most of their orig high gloss finish with scattered scratches and handling marks throughout. Mechanics are excellent. Bores are brilliant and shiny.
