HIGH CONDITION EARLY GRADE 1 L.C. SMITH.L.C. SMITHGR. 120715310 GaMODERN; C&R; IVORYCal. 10 Ga. 32" bbls. 3" chambers. Choked: FULL/FULL. Full length matted rib with "certifiable pre-ban ivory" center bead and steel front bead. Double triggers, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Capped semi-pistol grip stock with 13-7/8" LOP over serrated hard rubber buttplate. Buttstock with 2-point checkering. Splinter forearm with roll type release and horn forend tip checkered in 3-point pattern. Lockplates lightly scroll engraved, marked "L.C. SMITH" on both sides. Line engraved elsewhere around frame. Weight: 9 lb 6 oz. PROVENANCE: The Estate of B.E. "Andy" Anderson. CONDITION: Excellent. Bbls retain 85-90% orig Damascus pattern, starting to fade and tone. Receiver retains 75-80% dark orig case color, particularly strong on lockplate, starting to tone on frame. Trigger guard retains approx 95% orig high polished blue, starting to tone at tang. Forearm iron has toned gray. Buttstock retains 75-80% orig varnish with light pock marks and scratches throughout. Checkering is crisp. Bores are bright and shiny with a few scattered pits.
