BERETTA 687 "COLE CUSTOM" SPORTING CLAYS GUN WITH SPECIAL ENGRAVING BY MARTINI AND CASE. BERETTA COLE CUSTOM RC0015 12 GA MODERN Cal. 12 ga. 32" Mono-bloc bbls with raised, matted, ventilated rib are fitted with Beretta extended choke tubes. Top sides of top bbl are engraved with Beretta USA information, warnings, etc. along with "SPORTING". Coin finished, low profile, OU Beretta action with selective single trigger, is engraved with near full coverage very well cut and shaded open scrolling acanthus with floral highlights. Bottom of action is marked "MADE IN ITALY" in forend iron mortise, and engraved "BERETTA" "COLE CUSTOM" on arched device. Engravers signature "Martini" is on trigger plate. Dramatically marbled and well figured European walnut full pistol grip Monte Carlo buttstock measures 15" over black Beretta pad. Point pattern checkering and a right hand palm swell are at grip. Slim one piece forend has Deeley type release. Drop at heel: 2-1/8", drop at rear of Monte Carlo: 1-11/16", drop at comb: 1-11/16". Weight: 7 lbs 12 oz. LOP: 15". Blue ABS Beretta marked case has vinyl and foam interior and contains bags for bbls and action. CONDITION: Excellent, near new, with a few light marks in wood and metal, mostly from assembly and disassembly, but with a fairly deep dent and some scrapes on the right side of buttstock.
