Bbls retain nearly all of a satin re-black over some light marks, engraving slightly softened. Action retains traces of orig case color where protected, but is mostly bright silver to gray. Trigger guard retains traces of what appears to be orig blue. What appear to be old custom stocks retain nearly all of their hand rubbed oil finish with some light scratches and marks. A 6" piece on top right of forend has chipped off and been re-glued, but is still partially loose. Pad is deteriorated. Bores are excellent, lightly frosted at breech ends. Action is tight. Ejectors are in time. Trigger is intermittent when set for right bbl first. Case leather is very good with numerous marks and scrapes. Top handle and straps are very good. Cover has detached. Cleaning rod is excellent. 49287-1 MGM44 (6,000-10,000)
