FINE LEFEVER EARLY G GRADE GAME GUN. LEFEVER G GRADE 15841 12 Ga Cal. 12 Ga. 30" bbls. 2-5/8" chamber. Dbl triggers, extractors, cocking indicators and Lefever matted rib. Steel front bead. Engraved dolls head extension. Standard early safety. Splinter forend, full pistol grip stock with 13-/8" LOP over orig Lefever monogrammed hard rubber buttplate. Long early trigger guard marked with SN at grip that runs to scalloped pistol grip cap. Steel push button forend with typical early 2 pt checkering. Weight 7 lbs. 4 oz. Wall thickness: L -.031, R -.025. Bore diameter: L-.743, R -.744. Choke: L - .031, R -.031. Drop at com1-3/4". Drop at heel 3-3/16". CONDITION: Very good. Lockplates retain nearly all of their orig case color, staring to tone. Frame retains about half of the orig case color turning silver at front of frame. Push button forend release and forend tip, mostly silver as is trigger guard. Bbls retain virtually all of their high contrast Damascus pattern. Bore is very good with a few light patches of roughness. Stocks are sound with a few minor hunting marks and repair at toe. Lever slightly left of center when closed. Gun is tight.
