BEAUTIFUL REMINGTON MODEL 10E 12 GA PUMP. REMINGTON MODEL 10E 117158 12 Ga MODERN 12 ga. 28" bbl. Mod choke. Capped full pistol grip buttstock checkered in 3-point pattern with 13-1/2" LOP over hardened and crushed old Hawkins pad. Steel grip cap marked "UMC". Forearm checkered in 7-point pattern. Receiver is nicely engraved, probably by Robert P. Runge, with a Pointer surrounded by scroll on left and large duck surrounded by scroll on right. Breech end of bbl also nicely scroll engraved, as is top of frame. Buttstock and forearm are a beautiful French walnut with silver oval in butt. Trigger guard is scroll engraved. Weight: 7 lb 15 oz. CONDITION: Excellent overall. Bbl and receiver retain 75-80% orig blue with light handling marks and toning throughout. Mag tube has turned mostly brown and retains traces of orig finish, perhaps as much as 30% blue. Buttstock and forearm retain 80-85% orig varnish, with scattered handling and scratches throughout.
