Action retains nearly all of an old re-blue, engraving slightly softened. Stocks retain nearly all of a hand rubbed oil finish with numerous light marks. Forend has a crack running from iron to rear of latch escutcheon. Area behind brace has chipped out and brace iron has migrated upward. An area in front of brace has been milled out and weighted with solder. Bores are excellent, dents visible, corresponding to marks from brace iron. Action is tight. Ejectors are in time. Trigger works. Case leather is excellent, as protected by outer cover, corners somewhat discolored. Outer cover is very fine with numerous rubs and marks. Zippers work. Interior cloth is very fine with some marks and rubs from contact with gun and bbls. Cartridge magazine is very fine with marks and rubs, as would be expected from light use. Straps and handle are good. Interior is a bit dusty, but very fine. Cartridges are relatively new. 48981-1 MGM36 (6,000-10,000)
