Massachusetts, circa 1740. Maple and ash construction with rush seat. Late19th/ early 20th century black painted surface with old paint embellishment to top ladder with date of 1728. SIZE: 45-1/2" h x 22-1/2" w x 19" d. Seat 15-1/2" h. CONDITION: Good with old repaint, rush seat probably dates from time of repaint. 49289-10 DH (300-500)
