FINE SAILORS CASED DOUBLE VALENTINE.Second half 19th Century American. The mahogany hinged octagonal case fitted with intricately designed shellwork. One side with central heart beneath flower, "FORGET ME NOT" framing the heart all within shellwork circular and octagonal borders. SIZE: 3-1/4" h x 11-1/2 dia overall. CONDITION: The case cleaned and polished. The shellwork intact and original. Very good overall. 49191-32 HMG (3,000-5,000)
