ENGLISH CHINOISSERIE TALL CASE CLOCK BY WILLIAM KIPLING, LONDON, CIRCA 1710-1720.18th Century. The brass dial having silver ring & name rondel "William Kipling, London". Time strike, brass movement with bell. Rare blue polychromed case having a tombstone door with chinoiserie type decoration in red & gold. The chinoisserie case restored in 1861. Two brass can weights & pendulum with bob present, no key. SIZE: 100" h to top of finial x 19-1/2" at widest.
