PLAINS BUFFALO HIDE BOX AND BORDER ROBE.2nd half 19th century, painted and etched elaborate box and border design in yellow, blue and red pigments. Thread sewn center seam. Reverse with scattered tufts of buffalo hair still present. SIZE: Overall 67" w x 86" l. CONDITION: Areas of staining, several tears, some edge loss, and moth grazing.
