OUTSTANDING LARGE MICRO-MOSAIC FRAMED MIRROR.This turret corner mosaic covered wood frame has oval beveled glass mirror inset in upper right quadrant. The scene is a Venice canal scene with boat, gondolier, water and buildings. Two huge three dimensional rose and floral sprays at opposing corners with a daisy spray in upper right. Literally thousands of individual pieces make up this tour-de-force object. SIZE: 23" h x 18-3/4" w. CONDITION: At bottom left of mirror is a missing 2" piece of molded edge which has lost its surrounding mosaic pieces and also continuing a line into the flowers. Bottom left frame edge missing with small sections of mosaic absent. Otherwise only some small edge areas, otherwise generally very good. 48598-1 WAG (1,000-1,500)
