THREE FIGURE COMPOTE AND BRASS DECORATED BOX.1) The tall compote having three back facing 9" t silver plated maidens (The Three Graces), with a central shaft holding a silver rimmed cut glass shallow bowl. 2) Brass relief decorated box with hinged lid decorated with a courting scene, surrounded by corner relief vignettes with a flower border. The body of the box with garlands of flowers, all supported on three decorative short feet. The bottom marked made in France, "Medaille Dior" with makers mark "AB" within a diamond. Comes with original key. SIZE: 1) 14-1/2" h x 11-1/2" dia. 2) 4" h x 12" w x 9" d. CONDITION: 1) Very good. 2) Some wear to gilt surface, otherwise very good. 49480-16 WAG (300-500)
