RARE IRON GRASSHOPPER BOOT SCRAPER.Circa 1900 unknown foundry. This cast-iron example indistinctly marked "PETRE" on lower right front of base. the flattened half-round solid casting on integral wedge base. Surface retains old if not original green paint. SIZE: 7-1/4" h x 15-1/2 l. CONDITION: Very good untouched with nicely weathered patina. 49140-34 HMG (600-1,200)
